Quick answers for customers before they buy a product or send a custom print request.
How long do prints take?
Most simple products are made to order. Add the expected timing in your checkout confirmation once you know your weekly print capacity.
Can I pick colors?
Yes. Product pages list common colors, and the custom form lets customers request a specific color or filament style.
Can I upload an STL or 3MF file?
Yes. The custom order form supports model files and reference images. Files are sent to a private Supabase Storage bucket after the backend is configured.
How do payments work?
Standard products use Stripe Checkout. Custom orders should be quoted first, then paid through a separate Stripe link or invoice.
Are colors exactly the same every time?
No. 3D printed colors can vary by filament batch and lighting. Multicolor filament can also shift from print to print.
