Products and pricing

3D prints are made to order. Photos and color previews are representative; color, layer lines, texture, dimensions, and finish may vary slightly. The price shown for the selected color and design applies before shipping, discounts, and tax.

Orders, payment, and tax

Payment is processed securely by Stripe. An order is accepted after payment is confirmed. US sales tax and shipping are calculated using the shipping address provided during Stripe Checkout. Funski3D may cancel and refund an order affected by pricing, availability, fraud, or production errors.

Custom orders

A custom request is not an accepted order until Funski3D reviews the request, confirms price and timing, and payment is completed. You represent that you own or have permission to use every uploaded model, image, design, trademark, or other file. Funski3D may decline unlawful, unsafe, infringing, or impractical requests.

Production and shipping

Production and delivery estimates are not guarantees. Delays can result from print failures, material availability, carrier problems, weather, or incorrect customer information. Customers are responsible for providing a complete US shipping address.

Cancellations, refunds, and damaged orders

Contact Funski3D promptly to request a cancellation. Ready-made orders may be cancellable before printing begins. Custom and personalized orders generally cannot be cancelled or refunded after production starts. Damaged, defective, or incorrect items should be reported with photos so Funski3D can evaluate a replacement, repair, or refund.

Safety

Products may contain small parts and are not intended for toddlers, pets, food contact, medical use, or high-heat environments. PLA can soften in heat. Use products only as described and supervise children appropriately.

Accounts and acceptable use

You are responsible for activity under your account and for keeping access secure. Do not misuse the site, attempt unauthorized access, interfere with checkout, submit malicious files, scrape private data, or use the service unlawfully.

Intellectual property

Funski3D site content, branding, photos, and original designs remain the property of their respective owners. Purchasing a print does not transfer design or reproduction rights.

Disclaimers and limitation

To the extent permitted by law, the service and products are provided without warranties beyond those expressly stated, and Funski3D is not liable for indirect or consequential losses. Consumer rights that cannot legally be waived remain unaffected.
