Information we collect

We may collect your name, email address, shipping and billing details, account identifiers, order selections, custom-order messages, uploaded files, and limited site activity such as product views and cart events. Stripe processes payment-card information; Funski3D does not store full card numbers.

How information is used

Information is used to provide quotes, process and fulfill orders, calculate tax and shipping, communicate about purchases, maintain accounts, prevent abuse, improve the store, and meet legal obligations.

Service providers

Funski3D uses Cloudflare for hosting and security, Supabase for database, authentication, and private file storage, Stripe for payments and tax calculation, Resend for transactional email, and Google when a customer chooses Google sign-in. These providers process information under their own terms and privacy policies.

Custom files

Custom uploads are kept in private storage and used only to evaluate, quote, produce, or support the requested order. Do not upload files you do not own or have permission to use. Files may be deleted when they are no longer needed for the quote, order, support, or legal recordkeeping.

Analytics and cookies

The site may store necessary browser data for cart persistence, authentication, security, and basic first-party analytics. Analytics events are designed not to include names, email addresses, shipping addresses, or uploaded filenames.

Retention and security

Information is retained only as reasonably needed for orders, support, fraud prevention, accounting, and legal requirements. Reasonable safeguards are used, but no online service can guarantee absolute security.

Your choices

You may request access, correction, or deletion of personal information, subject to legal and operational retention requirements. You may also sign out, avoid optional uploads, or contact Funski3D about an account.

Children

The service is not directed to children under 13. A parent or guardian should place orders for younger customers.
